Riverview State School Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is a group of parents, citizens and staff who work together effortlessly and endlessly to help improve our school and give our students more opportunities.
Over the years the P&C have contributed to purchasing new school equipment and have made improvements to school buildings and grounds. Our tuckshop prices are kept low because the P&C help make this possible. They raise money to help pay the tuckshop convenors wages.The team pull together to host functions in our local community, this not only raises money for the P&C but it raises an awareness of our great school.
Joining the P&C is one of the best ways to show your children how much you value their education and how interested you are in what they do. Getting involved and participating in P&C activities is also a great way to form friendships with other parents, staff and community members.
Our Parents and Staff have always worked together side by side to benefit who comes first, “Our Children”. Our school is the hub to our community, it has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
